I am looking for ideas for using a spiral bound scrapbook, does anyone know where I can find some examples.  I would really like to see some that people have done for ideas on now to decorate the cover and also doing the inside pages.  I am not sure if I need to cover each blank page with patterned paper or if I can just decorate up the plain white pages.  Thanks in advance for your help.

I have lots of brightly colored paper and papers to match, but I cannot find layouts for these  papers in magazines or books.  Any suggestions?
